1. Services

Leon Cyber Group provides digital services including but not limited to:

Website design and development

Website hosting

CRM systems and automation tools

Marketing and lead capture systems

Funnel and landing page development

Business automation setup

Services may be delivered using third-party platforms including but

not limited to CRM platforms, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, and marketing tools.

2. Payments

Payment terms depend on the selected service package.

Typical structures may include:

• Project deposits
• milestone payments
• monthly subscription fees

For example:

Website projects may require payment to begin work

Monthly plans are billed automatically

Failure to complete payment may result in:

suspension of services

removal of hosting

disabling CRM access

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Scope

Services provided are limited to the scope defined in the agreed package or proposal.

Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require:

additional fees

revised project timelines

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information

Supply logos, images, and branding materials when requested

Review and approve work in a timely manner

Maintain compliance with applicable laws

Leon Cyber Group is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or client inactivity.

5. Hosting & Platform Services

If hosting or CRM access is provided through Leon Cyber Group:

Access is granted for use of the platform

The system may operate on third-party infrastructure

Downtime or outages outside our control may occur

Leon Cyber Group is not liable for third-party service interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

Clients receive usage rights to their website design and content.

However:

Leon Cyber Group may retain the right to:

display work in portfolios

reference projects for marketing purposes

All software systems, automation frameworks, and proprietary processes remain property of Leon Cyber Group unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days notice.

If cancelled:

hosting services may be removed

CRM access may be revoked

automation systems may stop functioning

Clients are responsible for exporting any necessary data prior to cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leon Cyber Group shall not be held liable for:

business losses

lost revenue

lost leads

indirect or consequential damages

Services are provided “as-is” without guarantees of specific business outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

Leon Cyber Group reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
